How do I send my order back?

If you wish to return an item, you have up to 30 days to send it back to us free of charge.Please visit our Returns page and begin the return process here

Carefully pack the items you wish to return. Please note that the items must meet our returns policy: items should be returned to us unworn, undamaged, and containing all parts, including label and original packaging. Should the items not meet our returns policy, then we reserve the right to refuse the goods.

You can then hand over your parcel free of charge to your nearest DHL Service Point, post-office or xxx. As a special service, you can also simply drop off your package free of charge in a JACK WOLFSKIN STORE.

However, please note that you will not be able to get an immediate refund on your returned items purchased online!
