Methods of Payment
You can pay simply and safely with your credit card on the JACK WOLFSKIN online shop. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners and Discover credit cards.
To protect against the misuse of data, we use 3-D Secure technology for credit card payments. This means that your payment is only authorised once you have authenticated it with your credit card provider using a personal password. To place your order using a credit card, we require your card number, your credit card company, the validity period of the card and its CVC number.
You are also welcome to use Paypal or Paypal Express for fast and simple payment transactions.
If you choose to pay by Paypal, you will be automatically forwarded to PayPal once you have completed your order. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in using your email address and password, followed by a simple click in order to finalise the order. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can open one at no charge on the PayPal website. www.paypal.com
If you don’t have much time, look to use Paypal Express. Paypal Express lets you complete your order in just one click without having to go through the entire ordering process. To go down this route, simply click on the button “Paypal” in your shopping basket.
If you use an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, Mac), you can opt for Safari Apple Pay in our online shop as your preferred method of payment. All you need to do here is to confirm your purchase with Face ID, Touch ID, or a PIN code on your iPhone, MacBook or Apple Watch.
Google offers everyone who has a Google account the option to save credit cards, debit cards and electronic payment methods which can be used for payment in our JACK WOLFSKIN Online Shop.
All you need to do is to log into your Google account – we do not receive any payment data, just solely payment confirmation as well as the address data so we know where to ship to.
If you haven’t saved any payment and address data in your Google account, you can add these details during the payment process.
If you decide to pay upon receipt of invoice using Klarna Pay Later, you simply transfer the amount due to the account mentioned by Klarna (see section on payment details) after deducting the amount for goods returned. The invoice will be sent by email. If the billing and delivery addresses are the same, the invoice will be enclosed with your order. The amount is due within 30 days after receipt of goods.
Please note that Klarna operates as an independent provider of payment solutions. We have no control over whether your payment is declined by Klarna. If you experience repeated difficulties when paying by invoice, we would recommend that you contact Klarna Customer Service directly.
To protect your personal details when paying online, we use approved encryption technology:
All personal and transaction details entered on our website are transmitted to us encrypted with Global Sign/SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and treated confidentially. The green bar in the URL guarantees a secure connection and the complete encryption of all data.
