1. Buy online

Shop in our Jack Wolfskin online shop and place your items in the shopping basket.

2. Give your local store as your delivery address

Choose your local Jack Wolfskin Store as the delivery address, or search for a local store using our store finder. Then finalise your purchase without having to pay for shipping costs.

3. Track your order

Track the delivery status of your order by clicking on the shipment link in the shipping confirmation.

4. Your order has arrived in the store!

When are you popping by to pick it up? Your benefit: You can try it on in the store and get expert advice. Doesn’t fit? Just hand it back in to the in-store staff.

FAQs

  • Place your order in our online shop and select your saved “myStore” or a store in your area from the store finder (under “Deliver to a Jack Wolfskin Store”) as the delivery address. By selecting this option, you will automatically avoid delivery costs.
  • You can pay for Click & Collect orders online when ordering, using the payment methods offered in our online shop.
    Please note: Payment on collection is not possible.
  • You will receive confirmation of dispatch via email, and your order will generally be ready to pick up in-store 10-14 working days later. You can also confirm that your item has been successfully delivered using the delivery tracking link in the confirmation of dispatch email. Your purchase will be available for collection in-store for ten calendar days. If you do not collect your order within this time, it will be sent back to our returns department.
  • Please bring along some form of ID and proof of order (order or confirmation of dispatch) with you. We look forward to your visit!
  • You can try on purchased products right there and then, find matching accessories and get advice from our experts in-store.
  • If you don’t like the item you have ordered or it doesn’t fit, you can send it back to us using the enclosed return slip or return it to one of our Jack Wolfskin Stores. To return items in-store, please use the enclosed return slip and shipping label and ask one of our in-store staff to assist you.
    Please note: We cannot issue any refunds in our Jack Wolfskin Stores. If you have already paid for your order online, your money will be refunded as soon as possible after we have received and checked your return at our logistics centre. You will be refunded using the same payment method used when placing your order online.
  • You can of course return items ordered online to one of our Jack Wolfskin Stores. To return items in-store, please use the enclosed return slip and shipping label and ask one of our in-store staff to assist you. Please keep your delivery slip until you have received confirmation of your return from us via email. You can bring your parcel, easily and free of charge, to one of the following Jack Wolfskin Stores.
